Health in Gaza a political disease

Hamas are busy taking control of the Gaza Strip and deepening their grip around the various services. Today the Tel-El Sultan Hospital staff carried out a sit in demonstration against the replacement of two of the Hospital Directors. Hamas realizes that by deepening its control over the services it can better control the population. Hamas has over the years established a alternate civilian infrastructure with schools, cllinics, and various charity institutions and mosques of course. This system serves as a recruting agency for Hamas needs.
