Who is responsible for this situation? Hamas leaders should be accountable for what they are doing the 360 square km coastal strip. The World Food Program and UNRWA already support over a million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. Maybe the International community should reiterate the need for Hamas to recognise its own responsibility.
